Does Wee Squeak accept PayPal?
Yes, Wee Squeak currently accepts payments via PayPal.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept debit or credit payments by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
**Please note our shopping cart is not fully integrated with Interac. If that is a requirement of your Visa or MasterCard Debit your transaction may not be approved.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
How do I request a refund or exchange?
Click this link: http://weesqueak.cl/pages/returnsScroll to the bottom of the page enter your order number and the email you used to order. Your order will pop up. You can then select which items you want to return, why you are returning them and whether you would like a refund or replacement.
*Please wait until you've received an email confirmation of your return's approval before shipping, as this will contain your required RA# as well as shipping instructions.
How long will it take to get my refund or exchange?
Please allow 14 business days for processing all returns.
Which items cannot be returned for an exchange or refund?
Sale items, purchases from eBay vendors, and purchases from resale shops or other non-retail vendors will not be accepted.
The shoe I bought doesn't fit, can I exchange it?
Yes! If the item has not been worn or used, you may return the product for an exchange. Be sure to check the online store for current inventory updates.
The shoe I received is damaged or defective, what do I do?
If you received a defective product, please email us with your order # and a picture of the damaged item to email@example.com We will respond within 2 business days.
How soon will my order be processed and shipped?
Orders will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of order.
When should I expect my order?
Depending on your location, your order may take 6 - 8 business days. All orders are shipped expedited mail from Dallas, Texas.
Can you expedite my shipping?
At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.
Will you send me tracking information once my order has been shipped?
Yes! Please provide your email address when prompted during checkout. We will send an email with your order tracking information.
How do I remove the squeaker?
To remove the squeaker, use your fingers or a pair of tweezers to simply pull out the white button located near the heel of the shoe. Always store squeakers out of reach of small children.

What size shoe will fit my child?
Every child is different, so every fit is different. You may refer to our sizing chartto see what size may best fit your needs.
Does Wee Squeak's boots have a zipper?
Yes! Our boots can be unzipped to make getting dressed a little easier for you and your child.
Clips can be removed and replaced to revamp any clip boot or shoe! Clips may also be used as accessories to decorate hair, belts, backpacks and clothing.
Why don't my shoes squeak?
It depends. Wee Squeak shoes will only sound if the child is walking in the correct heel-toe rotation. Note: Squeaker sounds may vary. Be sure to never wear Wee Squeak shoes in sandboxes or at the beach. You may email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a replacement squeaker.
BECOMING A VENDOR
I want to sell Wee Squeak Baby Products in my store, what do I do?
Wee Squeak partners with a limited number of retailers each season. If you are interested please register here and we will notify you when we have an opening in your area.
Can I sell Wee Squeak shoes on my Facebook, Amazon or eBay store?
Unfortunately Wee Squeak does not currently offer shoes at wholesale pricing to Amazon, Facebook or eBay stores.
